getclosure! is an independent online complaints, compliments and consumer affairs portal.  Our primary service is to facilitate the effective resolution of genuine complaints.  getclosure! sets up a discreet line of communication between consumers and suppliers to manage the complaint handling process.  This service is available at no cost to consumers.
