getclosure! is an independent online complaints, compliments and consumer affairs portal.  Our primary service is to facilitate the effective resolution of genuine complaints.  getclosure! sets up a discreet line of communication between consumers and suppliers to manage the complaint handling process.  This service is available at no cost to consumers.

The SABS publishes national standards prepared through a consensus process in technical committees and provides information on national standards of all countries as well as international standards.  It also tests and certifies products and services to standards; develops technical regulations based on national standards, monitors and enforces compliance with such technical regulations and monitors and enforces legal metrology legislation.
